Shipping and ReturnsPlease read carefully

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the dispatch confirmation email or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 (THIRTY) days of the date of the dispatch confirmation email, unless there are exceptional circumstances. The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery of the products to you.

We endeavor to deliver your Products within specified deadlines – unfortunately, we are not responsible for any unforeseen and delays by our carrier.  Under delay circumstances, we do not issue any form of compensation.

Cancellation rights for European customers

You can return the product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day after receiving it. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid, in accordance with the rules concerning the rights of the consumer. The cancellation period will expire after fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which you, or a third party, (of your consent) acquires physical possession of the product.

To exercise the right of cancellation, please send a communication through our Contact page or an email to info@myfucsia.com no later than 14 days from receipt of product.

If the product (including the packaging) will result manipulated, we will apply a deduction from compensation for loss of value derived from the manipulation itself. We will not give any refund if the product will result used. Reimbursement, without undue delay, will be done no later than 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of product at our head office.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
